The beauty of Alana De La Garza has left an impression even on tiny screens. De La Garza is a gorgeous actress, born 1976 in Columbus Ohio to a Mexican American father as well as an Irish American mom. The next year was not long after when she relocated to Texas. She embarked on a profession in the field of physical therapy. De La Garza didn't stay long in Texas before moving to Orlando, Florida. In Orlando, she played many roles, ranging from local independent films to world-wide commercials. Despite the fact that she only had minor parts, De La Garza rapidly realized the passion she had for performing. She moved from New York and in 2001 she scored her first role on the daytime soap All My Children as Rosa Santos. There were minor roles in JAG The Las Vegas as well as Two and a Half Men during the first half of 2000. Her first major series appearance was on the short-lived 2004 series The Mountain. De La Garza had the delight of working with outstanding TV actors such as Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley Mitch Pileggeggi. Her most memorable role was on Law & Order where she was A.D.A. Connie Rubirosa. She was on the show for 85 episodes. After a short run, her character migrated into Law & Order: LA. Her character was recognized with several nominations which included Best Supporting Actress for Television at the Imagen Foundation Awards. She has also been awarded ALMA Award nods. In 2008 she took home the Impact Award for Outstanding Performance in a Dramatic Television Series from the National Hispanic Media Coalition. De La Garza, in an recurring role on CSI Miami was announced a few minutes after. She was Marisol Deko in the role of Horatio Caine's wife. She was her character, Dr. Lena Solis in NBC's dark drama Do No Harm. The show was ended after two episodes. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. Her older twin brother Cory was born 10 years younger than her. Her family was an orthodox and religious family. Milano began her profession at the age of seven, when her babysitter took her along on an audition for acting. The audition she took part in was one of over 1000 applicants. She was selected as one of only four girls. Milano appeared in advertisements on television and off-Broadway, including the American musical version that portrayed Jane Eyre.
